Each submission will be considered by a member of the Editorial team to determine whether
it lies within the scope of the Journal/Proceeding. Those that do will be assigned to a
handling editor or sent out for full review. Those that do not will be returned to the
authors quickly for revision or resubmission.
If accepted, papers become the copyright of the
Journal/Proceeding. All queries should be directed to the Editorial office at the
